TypeCoach

TypeCoach Proposal

Prepared by JadeOlivia.com

This proposal outlines how email automation can help TypeCoach turn interest into demos, demos into clients, and clients into long-term partners.

It is organized into three sections:

  • •Examples of B2B Automations – practical sequences built around how organizations discover, buy, and roll out TypeCoach
  • •Attractive, Slim & Deliverable Emails – how to keep emails on-brand and engaging while landing in the inbox
  • •Next Steps – how we would work together, meeting rhythm, fees, and how to get started

Examples of B2B Automations

Example of an entry point automation

Lead magnets capture, fulfill, and offer automation

As the name of the automation suggests, this is a lead capture automation. Leads request any of the three lead magnets by filling out the forms that are embedded on this client's website.

Immediately after the form goal is triggered, we of course deliver the promised resource. Afterwards, you can see there is a series of follow up emails that dig deeper into the resource while also showing the need for the accompanied paid service.

However, the magic is in the strategy shown inside these follow up sequences.

Follow-up sequence with Know Like Trust emails running in between

You can see here that, not only are we overdelivering by explaining more value about the resource and showing how valuable the paid service is (creating the need) we are also employing a Know Like Trust (KLT) automation in tandem with this one.

This allows us to provide a tremendous amount of value while also building crucial rapport.

Leveraging internal forms for a cleaner hands-on sales process

Deals automation built on internal forms

While Infusionsoft is robust and includes an Opportunities feature for hands-on sales, it can feel clunky and is difficult to use at times.

Because of this, I built a sales process by using internal forms that allow for any custom fields to be filled in including note taking and other crucial details.

Here is an example.

Ideas on How to Make Your Emails Attractive but Slim and Deliverable

Branded minimalism email layout compared with an elaborate image-heavy marketing design

My recommendation is to lean into branded minimalism. We absolutely want our emails to look polished, professional, and credible, but we don’t need elaborate designs to accomplish that. A clean layout, thoughtful branding, great typography, and maybe one purposeful image can feel just as premium. While images don’t automatically trigger spam filters, emails that are heavily image-based, especially with very little actual text, can raise red flags with filtering systems. This is particularly worth considering early on, while we’re still establishing our sender reputation and building a history of positive engagement with our audience.

I’d save the more elaborate, image-heavy designs for select occasions where the visuals genuinely add value, like a big announcement, product showcase, or special promotion. Our first priority is building trust, establishing relationships, and getting people consistently opening, clicking, and engaging with our emails. Once we’ve established that foundation, we can be more adventurous with our designs. The goal is to make our emails something people recognize, value, and actually want to receive, while still looking like the professional, credible brand we are.

I highly recommend you go to https://postmaster.google.com and add your domain. Follow the steps to verify, which involve adding some DNS records to your domain. Once verified, it can show you all sorts of stats as it pertains to how Google perceives your domain. These stats include compliance status, a deliverability analysis, for example, which in my opinion, are the most important details to see.

Lastly, I LOVED your email ideas that involve sending people to their unique type’s content on social and your website. What a great way to consistently show value, while also getting clicks and showing people how much you understand them.

Next Steps

Great call today! Here is the recording link: https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/share/2qaOeNBlvYbLyo-yLC_4wKQR5flG2NQxW7MBHu_gvM0ya5KNppiMDbe33ozK9BGL.mVFpJiu6pRvTmZzu

I recommend a weekly or every-other-week strategy meeting, with work done in between.

This allows us to discuss projects, agree on the strategic approach, and decide on details to be done. When the next meeting arrives, I can show you the completed work, and if approved, we can discuss the hand-off.

Hand-offs can come in many forms! Sometimes I may finish a project completely. Sometimes I can set up templates to be used or automations to be filled in by your team. In any case, I can provide training, videos, and/or documentation as needed so everyone is comfortable and confident. I can also be reached in your Slack channel so everyone gets the information they need, when they need it.

If we meet weekly, my fee would be $800/mo, if we meet every other week, it would decrease to $500. This may or may not increase or decrease as we get acquainted with each other, because the exact amount of hours I put in is still unknown. The hours and fees can be adjusted or cancelled at any time. My goal is to make you happy. :)

To begin our arrangement, there would be an extra $100 one-time one-hour meeting to be tacked onto our first regular one-hour meeting. During this additional time, we can get myself onboarded onto your various SaaS tools and I can look around your Infusionsoft app to make sure I understand where things are and how you operate before I begin actual project work.

If and when you decide to move forward with me on your team, please email me at jade@jadeoliviaconsulting.com with your preferred arrangement between the two aforementioned frequencies, or even a different idea. As you know, I am flexible! You should also include your preferred options for days and times to meet in Eastern time zone. Please note that I am unavailable on Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday.

Also, FYI, I will be at the HighLevel conference the week of October 26th.

Once we reach an agreed arrangement, I will send you an invoice and my preference for the meeting days/times from your list.

Thank you, and no matter what happens, it was a pleasure meeting you. My door is always open no matter whom you choose.

Waving hello
